Thankyou. It is lovely to be here. I pondered on the rocky boat analagy. I feel I have adopted huge inner control in contrast to the outside chaos. A rather sad floating boat looking a people laughing and socialising on the beach fits better for me. They say you dont miss what you havent had. Hmm. X

Hii Elaina. I guess it would depend on what else was going on in that childs life ei. What other support was available. What was there to provide stability? How much did the parent embrace that child ei. Draw them in to their pathology on one hand but perhaps provide a secure attachment stle on the other.
